Ingredients

  • 3 boiled all-purpose potatoes
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce
  • 2 tsp butter
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes, onion and carrot together in a bowl.

  2. Add the garam masala, pepper and chilli powder and mix well.

  3. Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.

  4. Spread the potato mixture on one slice. Cover with another slice, press down lightly and trim the edges. Make another sandwich in the same way.

  5. Place in a sandwich toaster and toast till crisp.
