Break egg in a bowl. Add castor sugar, cream, milk and whisk well.
Spread peanut butter on one bread slice and jam on another bread slice. Sprinkle cheese on the peanut butter. Put the jam bread on top of the peanut butter and cheese bread. Make remaining sandwiches similarly.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Dip sandwiches in the egg mixture and place in the pan. Cook on both sides till golden.
Cut into triangles and dust icing sugar on top. Serve immediately.
