Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 2 boiled all-purpose potatoes
- 3 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce
- 1 finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 4 chapatis
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Directions

Combine the black salt, ginger paste, chopped onions, sugar and lemon juice mix well.

Coat the potatoes with the mixture and set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.

Heat the oil on a tawa; add the marinated potatoes and stir-fry till golden brown.

Add Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce, green chilli and chaat masala and sauté for 2 minutes.

Spread some potato mixture on each chapatti and sprinkle with coriander leaves. Roll up tightly.
