Tawa Aloo Chaat Roll

  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 boiled all-purpose potatoes
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce
  • 1 finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 4 chapatis
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander


  • Combine the black salt, ginger paste, chopped onions, sugar and lemon juice mix well.

  • Coat the potatoes with the mixture and set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Heat the oil on a tawa; add the marinated potatoes and stir-fry till golden brown.

  • Add Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce, green chilli and chaat masala and sauté for 2 minutes.

  • Spread some potato mixture on each chapatti and sprinkle with coriander leaves. Roll up tightly.
