Samosa Wrap

Samosas can get messy to handle in a tiffin. Making simple wraps out of them makes for not just a mess-free tiffin, but also something that your kids will enjoy eating.

  • 2 plain rotis
  • 2 mashed samosas
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 cup whisked yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mint and coriander chutney
  • Chopped coriander leaves to garnish

Directions

  • Place each paratha on a plate and place a mashed samosa on top.

  • Sprinkle over with onion green chilli and whisked yoghurt.

  • Top with dollops of Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and mint chutney.

  • Sprinkle with chopped coriander and roll the paratha up.
