Samosa Wrap

Samosas can get messy to handle in a tiffin. Making simple wraps out of them makes for not just a mess-free tiffin, but also something that your kids will enjoy eating.

  • 2 plain rotis
  • 2 mashed samosas
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 cup whisked yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mint and coriander chutney
  • Chopped coriander leaves to garnish

Directions

  1. Place each paratha on a plate and place a mashed samosa on top.

  2. Sprinkle over with onion green chilli and whisked yoghurt.

  3. Top with dollops of Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and mint chutney.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and roll the paratha up.
