  • 10 diet biscuits (50 g)
  • 100 g muesli
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (100 g)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (15 g)
  • unsalted butter (7.5 g)
  • 30 g Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam

Directions

  • In a bowl, crush biscuits to a coarse powder.

  • Add the muesli, crushed peanuts, sesame seeds and butter and mix well.

  • Add Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam and mix to make a dough.

  • Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten each ball to make cookies.

  • Roll the cookies in the dried fruit powder to coat evenly on all sides. Store in an airtight tin.
