Ingredients
- Kissan Peanut Butter (Creamy) as required
- Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam as required
- 8 brown bread slices
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Icing sugar for dusting

Break egg in a bowl. Add castor sugar, cream, milk and whisk well.

Spread peanut butter on one bread slice and jam on another bread slice. Put the jam bread on top of the peanut butter bread. Make remaining sandwiches similarly.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Dip sandwiches in the egg mixture and place in the pan. Cook on both sides till golden.

Cut into squares and dust icing sugar on top. Serve immediately.
