Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk (145 g)
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (70 g)
- 1/4 cup pitted dates (35 g)
- 1tbsp Kissan Peanut Butter (Creamy) (30 g)
- 1 tbsp rolled oats (15 g)
- 3/4 tsp chia seeds (2 g)
- 2 tsp flaked almonds (3 g)
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.

Pour the mix into a tall glass, garnish with Almond/Roasted Coconut flakes.
