  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (70 g)
  • 1/4 cup pitted dates (35 g)
  • 1tbsp Kissan Peanut Butter (Creamy) (30 g)
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats (15 g)
  • 3/4 tsp chia seeds (2 g)
  • 2 tsp flaked almonds (3 g)

Directions
