Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (250 g)
- 1 cup sugar (200 g)
- 6.5 tbsp Kissan Peanut Butter (Creamy) (100 g)
- 3 cups refined flour (350 g)
- 3/4 tsp baking soda (3 g)
- 4 tsp granulated sugar (20 g)
Directions

In a stainless steel bowl cream butter and sugar using the back end of a wooden spatula.

When whole of the sugar gets incorporated add peanut butter to the mix and cream.

Sieve flour and baking soda together, add dry ingredients to the creamed batter and mix till uniform cookie dough is achieved.

Divide the cookie dough into equal parts, roll into balls using your palm.

Roll in sugar and place on a baking tray maintaining a gap of 1.5” on each side.

Lightly press each piece and bake in a preheated oven at 150⁰C for 20mins.
