  • 1 cup butter (250 g)
  • 1 cup sugar (200 g)
  • 6.5 tbsp Kissan Peanut Butter (Creamy) (100 g)
  • 3 cups refined flour (350 g)
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda (3 g)
  • 4 tsp granulated sugar (20 g)

Directions

  • In a stainless steel bowl cream butter and sugar using the back end of a wooden spatula.

  • When whole of the sugar gets incorporated add peanut butter to the mix and cream.

  • Sieve flour and baking soda together, add dry ingredients to the creamed batter and mix till uniform cookie dough is achieved.

  • Divide the cookie dough into equal parts, roll into balls using your palm.

  • Roll in sugar and place on a baking tray maintaining a gap of 1.5” on each side.

  • Lightly press each piece and bake in a preheated oven at 150⁰C for 20mins.
