Ingredients
- 2 parathas (flatbread)
- 2 tbsp Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
- 20 g grated cheese
- 50 g boiled all-purpose potatoes
- 2 whisked eggs
- 2 tsp oil
- Chaat masala to taste
Directions

Lay a paratha on a work surface. Spread half the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup on the paratha and arrange half the potato slices on top.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and pour 1 beaten egg into the hot oil.

Cook for 1 minute, turn over and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons grated cheese. Cook for 30 seconds or until set.

Place the omelette on one paratha. Top with 1 teaspoon cheese and a dollop of ketchup. Roll up to enclose the filling and serve immediately. Repeat with the remaining egg and paratha.
