Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats (100 g)
- 1 1/2 tbsp (30 g honey)
- 6 tbsp Kissan Peanut Butter (Creamy) (90 g)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (10 g)
- 1 tbsp candied ginger (10 g)
- 1/2 cup pitted dates (80 g)
Directions

Finely chop the dates.

Pulse the oats in a mixer for 5 seconds (only in case of whole oats).

In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix using a spoon. Use your hands if the mix is not workable with the spoon.

Transfer the mix onto a tray or rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper or cling wrap.

Place another parchment paper on top and flatten with the palm or a rolling pin to give it a rectangular shape.

Refrigerate for an hour before cutting into rectangular bars.
