Ingredients

  • 60 g noodles
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 50 g all-purpose flour
  • 50 g cabbage
  • 50 g egg
  • 50 g carrot
  • 30 g spring onion
  • 30 g Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
  • 25 g green capsicum
  • 10 g sunflower oil
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  • For the stuffing, combine the flour, salt and egg in a bowl. Add a little water and knead to make a stiff dough. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.

  • Divide the dough into 3 equal portions.

  • For the stuffing, heat the oil in a pan; add the cabbage, capsicum and carrot, and sauté for 1 minute.

  • Add the spring onions and sauté for 5 minutes on low heat.

  • Add the instant noodles with the tastemaker and mix well.

  • Add the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and cook till the noodles are done.

  • Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and set aside.

  • To make the samosas, roll out each portion of dough into a thin oval chapatti. Cut in half.

  • Take one half and apply little water on the straight edge. Fold the edge to make a pocket. Fill with the stuffing and seal to make a samosa. Make the rest of the samosas in the same way.

  • Grease a baking tray and bake the samosas for 15 mins at 180°C

  • Serve your Kissan Noodle Samosas hot!
