Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wholewheat flour
- 1/4 cup soya flour
- 1/2 cup boiled fresh green peas
- 1/4 cup grated paneer
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp oil
- 5 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste
Directions

Combine all the ingredients, except ghee, in a bowl and knead into a soft dough.

Cover and set aside for a few minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 3-inch disc.

Heat a non-stick pan and cook each paratha on both sides, brushing it with half a teaspoon ghee.
