Ingredients
- 100 g sliced tomatoes
- 100 g chopped onions
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 40 g chopped green capsicum
- 40 g chopped cabbage
- 40 g boiled all-purpose potatoes
- 40 g Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
- 25 g coriander leaves
- 25 g mint chutney
- 20 g butter
Directions

Preheat sandwich griller.

Place 2 bread slices on a worktop and apply butter and chutney on one side of each slice. Spread the ketchup evenly on top.

Place the vegetables on bread and cover with other bread slices.

Apply little butter on top of the sandwich and place in the griller. Cook till golden and grill marks appear.

Remove from heat and cut into halves. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
