  • 100 g sliced tomatoes
  • 100 g chopped onions
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 40 g chopped green capsicum
  • 40 g chopped cabbage
  • 40 g boiled all-purpose potatoes
  • 40 g Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
  • 25 g coriander leaves
  • 25 g mint chutney
  • 20 g butter

Directions

  • Preheat sandwich griller.

  • Place 2 bread slices on a worktop and apply butter and chutney on one side of each slice. Spread the ketchup evenly on top.

  • Place the vegetables on bread and cover with other bread slices.

  • Apply little butter on top of the sandwich and place in the griller. Cook till golden and grill marks appear.

  • Remove from heat and cut into halves. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
