Kissan Tasty Rolls
A rocking breakfast delight for your little rockstar.
2 cups gram flour (besan)
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger paste
A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
½ tablespoon Fresh coriander
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
3 tablespoons green chutney
1. Sieve the gram flour into a bowl. Add 1 cup of water and stir to make a smooth batter.
2. Add the green chilli, ginger paste, asafoetida, chilli powder, salt and chopped fresh green coriander and mix well. Add more water if necessary to make a thick batter.
3. For each roll or cheela, heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in 1 to 1½ tablespoons batter and spread it evenly. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the cheela, and spread a teaspoon of oil evenly over the cheela. Cook till set.
4. Remove to a work surface and spread 1 tablespoon Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and 1 tablespoon green chutney over it. Roll up and serve, rocking Kissan Tasty Rolls!
