Kissan Sweet and Spicy Corn Bhel
What better than our local favourite bhel to accompany the pouring rain. But our version takes it a notch higher.
2 cups boiled corn kernels
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup boiled diced potatoes
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 tablespoons Kissan Chilli Tomato Sauce
¼ cup sev
1. In a bowl, mix together the corn, onions, potatoes, 1tablespoon chopped coriander and Kissan Chilli Tomato Sauce.
2. Garnish with sev and the remaining coriander and serve.
