Kissan Samosa Wraps

Samosas can get messy to handle in a tiffin. Making simple wraps out of them, makes for not just a mess-free tiffin, but also something that your kids will enjoy eating.

 

INGREDIENTS

2 plain parathas

2 Punjabi samosas, roughly mashed

¼ cup finely chopped onion

1 green chili, finely chopped

½ cup yoghurt, whisked

3 tablespoons Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup

2 tablespoons mint chutney

Chopped coriander leaves, to garnish

 

METHOD

1. Place each paratha in a plate and place a mashed samosa on top. Sprinkle over with onion green chilli and whisked yoghurt.

2. Top with dollops of Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and mint chutney.

3. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and roll the paratha up.
