Kissan Quick Fruit Trifle
Presenting fruits in a creative way is the best solution to make your kids friends with them.
150 grams chocolate sponge cake
½ cup Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam
¼ cup sugar syrup
1 cup chopped mixed fruits
1 cup whipped cream
Chopped dark chocolate for garnishing
1. Cut the sponge cake into halves. Place one layer in a glass casserole.
2. Drizzle two tablespoons of the syrup on it and add half cup whipped cream alongwith three-fourth cup of chopped mixed fruits on top. Spread a layer of Jam. Place the other half of the sponge cake on top and repeat the procedure on top.
3. Sprinkle chopped chocolate on top and refrigerate for one hour.
4. Serve chilled.
