Kissan Instant Omelette And Potato Rolls

If you thought making delightful rolls was tough, then here’s the best recipe to bust that myth.

 

INGREDIENTS

2 plain parathas

2 tablespoons Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup plus for topping

2 teaspoons oil

2 eggs, whisked

6 teaspoons

20 gm grated cheese, or to taste

1 small 50 gm boiled potato, sliced

Chaat masala to taste

 

METHOD

1. Lay a paratha on a work surface. Spread half the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup on the paratha and arrange half the potato slices on top.

2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and pour 1 beaten egg into the hot oil. Cook for 1 minute, turn over and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons grated cheese. Cook for 30 seconds or until set.

3. Place the omelette on one paratha. Top with 1 teaspoon cheese and a dollop of ketchup. Roll up to enclose the filling and serve immediately. Repeat with the remaining egg and paratha.

4. Snacks do not get easier or tastier than Kissan Instant Omelette and Potato Rolls.
