Kissan Cheesy Tomato Rice

Get the best of both world’s with these amazing Desi-Italian combo!



2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

1 teaspoon chilli powder

Salt to taste

1½ cups Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup

1 cup boiled basmati rice

2 tablespoons grated cheese

1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves

12 fried cashew nuts (optional)



1. Heat oil in a pan; add the spice powders, salt and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup.

2. When the mixture begins to bubble, add rice and stir to mix. Cook till heated through.

3. Sprinkle grated cheese and coriander leaves and decorate the top with fried cashew nuts.

4. Cook up Kissan Cheesy Tomato Rice for a speedy, desi version of an Italian tomato risotto.
